Part of the Extravaganza includes the Jim Schwarzkopf 5k. Jim is a lifelong teacher and principal in the area, including here in Eaton when it was a High school and K-8 elementary! He also has a passion for running, having run every single road in Blackford, Delaware, and Wells County; ran every state capital in the country; ran across the campus of every several Big 10 schools; and even carried the Olympic torch in 2016 through Wells County!

The 5k will follow a route here in Eaton, Indiana! It is open to runners, walkers, or "woggers" (something between running and walking) for people of all ages. There is also a block walk for those want to join in the fun but not the entire race. Block Walkers will be able to walk around Norseman Park. 

The entire event is free!
