Roger has been serving as Lead Pastor since May 2017. He brings a passion for discipleship and helping people to see how God is moving in their own life. He frequently tells us that our success in life isn't based on external factors like wealth or status, but, biblically speaking, the faithfulness in which we live out our lives day to day. He also serves as a chaplain to our local fire department and is a licensed foster parent. When not in church, he loves watching The Office with his wife, Star Wars with his three boys, or following the Chicago Bulls. He spends a lot of time outdoors hunting, gardening, hiking, or biking among many other activities.
